He taught me Tai Chi Chuan, Hsing-i Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang, Qi Gong, and many important life lessons. I was extremely lucky to find such a great teacher when I was 19 years old. (Left) Master Frank "The Snake" Allen. My Sifu who added to my martial arts education by helping me with sparring technique, introduced me to new forms of Ba Gua Zhang, Northern Wu Style Tai Chi, Weapons forms, and made my dream come true of training with masters in China. I am eternally grateful to both of them.
